  • No outside food or drinks may be brought into the building, with the exception of a birthday cake or cupcakes and ice cream. "Thank you" gift bags or goodie bags may be given out as your guests leave. No other outside food or beverages are permitted.
  • You do not need to make a list of guests for private birthday parties.  However, more than 50 skaters will result in $6/skater charge.  We don't count non-skating adults.
  • The $100 deposit you paid is only transferrable to another date with at least three day's notice.  We are unable to refund this deposit since the date is now unavailable to others to book.  In the event you change your reservation to a public session party, we can only transfer $30 of the deposit to your new appointment.  You will forfeit $70.  We will, of course, fully refund in the event of government restrictions/closures or emergencies on our end.
  • Skate mate trainers are INCLUDED for private birthday parties, but may be restricted to only children under 65lbs and those who need it to prevent damage or misuse.
  • Music selection is up to you!!  You can tell us to play things like "Mainstream top 40" "top hip hop" "Christian" "country" "family oriented" "toddler oriented" or you can even bring a very specific playlist, naming songs you'd like to hear.  You can also build your list in Spotify and log in on our sound system's computer!
  • While we are on the lake and generally pretty cool, our building does not have air conditioning.

Private Birthday booking information

You will receive a text/email confirmation a few days before your party - please respond to this!  This is when you will be able to tell us about your food options (how many pizzas you'd like, if any).
