Dues:  Go to the club for club expenditures

Practice fees:  Go to the rink to cover utilities and the use of the building.  If you are not set up on monthly invoicing, please indicate that below.  Failure to pay practice fees may result in removal from the organization and possibly the forfieture of your fundraising account. 

Skating a meet?  Entry and money must be given to Sarah Massey prior to the date she has listed as the deadline. Failure to meet deadline will result in no entry.  e-mail sarah@lorainskateworld.com with questions.
